Q: What materials are used in your products?
A: Our jewelry is made with S925 silver and 18K gold plating, ensuring it is long-lasting and resistant to tarnish. We also offer stainless steel and brass pieces dipped in 14K or 18K yellow gold when indicated. These pieces remain durable, especially with proper care. Our plant-based claw clips are crafted from plant pulp, making them non-toxic, sturdy, and flexible enough to bend and return to their original shape.
Q: Are your pieces Hypoallergenic?
A: Our products that are made with S925 silver and 18k gold plating are hypoallergenic, making them safe for kids and adults of all ages.
Plus, they’re perfect for swimming in beautiful salt waters, like those here in the Philippines! Pieces made with stainless steel or brass are coated in 14k Yellow Gold to help keep them comfortable and skin-friendly. While brass is safe for most people, this material is not officially hypoallergenic.
Q: Why does my S925 jewelry feel soft or bendable?
A: S925 sterling silver is naturally slightly malleable, which means it can flex a little under pressure (And that's when you know your piece is genuine S925!).
This is completely normal and part of what makes it durable yet comfortable to wear. Just handle it gently, and it will keep its shine and shape beautifully over time.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, and GCash.
Q: How is shipping handled?
A: We use Gogo Xpress for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
A: Please allow 5 to 10 days to process regular items and up to 2 weeks for customized pieces. We keep low-volume inventory to practice sustainability as a startup, and all our items are carefully handmade and thoughtfully selected. Shipping time may also vary by location—orders outside Metro Manila may take an additional 3 to 5 days to arrive from the shipping date
