Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Please allow 5–10 business days for regular items and up to 2 weeks for customized pieces. All items are carefully handmade, quality-checked, and thoughtfully selected to ensure a sustainable, low-volume inventory.
Shipping Methods:
We use Gogo Xpress for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For orders outside Metro Manila, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your package to arrive from the shipping date.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not yet available.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at figata.brand@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @figata.brand, and we will do our best to assist you.
