Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after item delivery to request a return or exchange only if the wrong item was sent. Because all items are quality-checked prior to shipment, we do not accept returns for change of mind, defective concerns, or customized items unless the incorrect item was shipped. Refunds are not provided unless the correct item is unavailable; we only accept returns and exchanges for items delivered incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at figata.brand@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @figata.brand. Approved returns will need to be sent to the address provided by customer support.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items are quality-checked prior to shipment, so we do not accept returns for manufacturing defects, minor imperfections, or damages caused after delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your preferred payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
